Lesson 5: Changing Scheduling Methods

  • Work with task type settings
  • Utilize constraints

Lesson 6: Resolving Resource Conflicts

  • Control resource assignments using contours
  • Locate and resolve resource overallocations
  • Set a baseline

Lesson 7: Tracking Project Progress

  • Track and update task progress
